Wow!!! Ive been to quiet a few motels in my life but what separates “HIGH DESERT INN” is customer service! From the min I came until today I’m writing this, the 2 ppl running this place are amazing, friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything u need. If I ever need to rent a room again this is the place for me!!

I would like to leave a very good review for Hesperia inn is a very nice place the very small but it's perfect for just getting away. It's very clean inside the staff members are amazing... Definitely can't beat the price they have free cable nice beds bathrooms sink. It definitely isn't no ghetto place at all.I recommend this place to any of my friends or family that are just looking to get away or need a place to stay. Come down and check out for yourself. If I ever come back to esperia this part of it again I'm definitely staying here. Hey everyone I have stood at this location and it has new management and they are very welcoming and whatever you need best believe they are there to Assist you in any way they can help and they don't turn you away if you have children or 🐱🐶babies they don't turn you away I'll I can say is good room deals and rooms are clean everything is walking Distance and it's in a safe area very peaceful and chill at night and Surveillance 24/7 trust nice location if you ever need a room

The motel is under new management and you definitely can tell the improvement the new management has made. Alex and Maria are very friendly and are always willing to help out if you need something.

We have been here for 3 months. Eric and Michelle have made us feel like truly welcome guests. Prices are decent, rooms are clean. Housekeeping is awesome. Management makes sure the property is safe and quiet 24/7. ABSOLUTELY no parties, drugs, or fighting is tolerated. Everything you could possibly need is a 5 minute walk away. Wi fi can be a little spotty occasionally. It's the only place we'll stay in Hesperia.

Clean spot. Nice beds. Great employees. They're very helpful, and just a great spot to get some shut eye. No visitors after 9pm makes this place amazingly quiet. Great spot, if you're on a budget. The showers are godlike. That's my main priority.

I would like to take this time to give thanks to Alex and Maria. Their professional approach and love and kindness is hard to find. Their hard work and dedication has made this place very comfortable and accommodating. I recommend this place to anyone looking to book a hotel in a nice clean and safe environment. Thank you both for your devotion and immense work ethic along with your integrity for the people who attend high desert in. 🙏🏽

Great little place to stay! Rooms are clean and the bed was comfy! Oh and the hot water was extremely hot which was awesome to me! But I’d have to say the best part of my experience here would be the customer service! Alexis, Sommer and Lena were all freaking awesome and if I were ever in the area I’d stay again in a heart beat!!

My review is 90% based off of the truly exceptional service from the hotel staff. The location is close to things you may need to purchase and food options are fairly decent without having to go very far from the hotel to get whatever you need. The rooms are small but clean and kept very neat with a small refrigerator and microwave for convenience. However the staff (Marlene & George) was so pleasant & professional I felt compelled to write this review. On numerous occasions during our 1 night stay, these individuals went out of their way to accommodate us and were extremely attentive to our needs. They were present immediately when a man came on to the premises clearly inebriated and was removed immediately. They really made you feel as though they were happy to have you staying there and were very kind and respectful. I really wish every business had such excellent customer service. It was a very positive experience because of these individuals and I highly recommend anyone going to stay there just for that reason alone. Thank you again to both Marlene & George for being so wonderful and setting such a high standard of excellent customer service. I was very impressed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
